198. Shannon03303 : Looking for my dearly missed son who was given the name Kevin at birth. He was adopted when he was 2. A week after he was born he had a medical emergency with his lungs and was in the hospital for almost a month he was placed on steroids and had vision issues after that and needed glasses. He has an older brother Ryan who is now 20 who is desperate to find his brother. He also has younger siblings who would love to know their brother. I was told the ones who adopted him were both doctors and lived in Wolfeboro, NH. He was born in Manchester, NH. Would love to fill the void in my heart and really want to know he’s ok.
200. Nitelite : Birth mother’s name is Rita Mae Nye. She was born May 6, 1933. Last known address is in Indiana, but she was a dancer and traveled the US.

Birth mom - think her name may have been Mary Jo Sweeney. From Boston area. Might have attended Boston College or Boston University. Pregnant in 1967. May have had long red hair.
Birth dad - think his name may have been Bill Donahue. From Boston area. No other info known.
Adoption handled privately through lawyer. Adoptive parents surname - Birch. Pre-adoption meeting was held near Route 1/60 traffic circle on way to Logan airport. No other details known.
207. LisaMcClellan : Florence Mary Cunningham, was born 14 January 1902 in New Hampshire. She was born deaf and was placed for adoption. It is my understanding that she was adopted when she was around the age of 10 so perhaps she was adopted around 1912? She may have been adopted by a family in Buffalo, New York or she may have moved to NY with her adoptive family. Eventually, she settled in Sandusky, OH where she married William R. McGrain and had three children: Mary Catherine McGrain, Richard McGrain, and Ronald McGrain. I would like to discover information about her birth parents as well as her adoptive parents.
208. SATXSpring1970 : UPDATE, 05/26/2019: DNA testing completed. My birth father was Thomas Edward Kennedy, a Navy airplane mechanic that was based in San Antonio, Texas in 1969. I am still seeking my birth mother.
- My mother was "allowed to believe" I was adopted into a state other than Texas, but I was born in San Antonio, and adopted into a wonderful family in Corpus Christi, Texas.
- My adoption was managed by Reverend Joseph L. Brown, Rector of The Church of Reconciliation - Episcopal, in San Antonio, Texas.
- Dick Conolly connected my adoptive family with Rev. Brown.
- Richard Bradshaw of the Law Offices of Allison, Maddin, White & Brin, Inc. oversaw the legal paperwork. My adoption was finalized July 24th, 1970 at 2pm.
I am thankful to be alive! I have a wonderful family and career, and a desire to express gratitude to the brave, selfless woman who carried me to term so I could be here. I am curious about my birth father and want him to know that I am alive, well, and enjoying life. My adoptive family was the greatest gift anyone could have given me. I hope I’m not too late in reaching out to you. Please know that you did the right thing in allowing me the chance to live out my life. I pray that you both are well and, regardless of your feelings toward reuniting with me, I understand and wish you all the very best life has to offer.

I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
