He was born in Cranbrook, British Columbia and lived in an orphanage until he was adopted in 1940 by Lulu Alena and Ithamer Waldo Moore Francis. He was raised with a great deal of love and went on to marry Beverley Ann Hallan with whom he had six children...myself and five siblings. Unfortunately my father passed at age 53 and I am very interested in meeting any living biological relatives he may have. I am interested in my father’s health history as I have two sons of my own. He passed of throat cancer, secondary to vasculitis, a very rare auto-immune disease.
