I was adopted by an American family by the name of Travis John Derby and Jeannie Marie Derby‚ on May 18 2004 that is the date said document filed record NO 85. The place of registration is the ZADS Department Of the city Tver administration. The ZAGS ChIef named Tezikov N.I. signed and sealed. On my US citizenship certificate it states that my certificate number is I-OH NO502109. I became a Us citizen on May 23rd 2004. US registration # is A2113214 INS #A056674651 residence Three Forks Montana. I have a copy of those documents for you and I am currently waiting on my mother to give me what little‚ little info she has on the orphanage. I sincerely thank you so so much. Dennis
