Cecile was listed on my mother’s annulment/divorce decree of Miles City, Custer County, Montana, of April 28, 1945. The annulment/divorce from George Rodell Wilhelm declared no children born to the marriage. My mother, Enriqueta died April 12, 2005, in Fort Worth, Texas but lived in Helena, Montana, until 2000, when our dad went to heaven. Cecile has two half-sisters, and three half-brothers, from her mother’s marriage of 1947 with our dad, Richard Valentine Stern, and one of our brothers is now in heaven. Your siblings would like to find you Cecile.
