I do not have much information as he was pretty much a family secret my mom held to her self. I know for sure birth mothers name is Collette Rauh maiden name Celli. He was adopted an im unsure of who adopted him. I believe he was born in the year 2000 in Idaho. But that Information could be wrong that is what my aunt told me. She isn’t 100 percent sure. My Dad has told me I have a sister Stefanie , I am not sure of her location but one of the last members of my Dads family said she possibly is deceased also . ( possibly lived in GA at one time)

My Dad was a fairly secretive person so he failed to give me the information I need before he passed away in 1997.
I have been unable to find the marriage information for his first marriage. I do have a photo of him and the lady that has " Chad and Dee " wedding February 12 1972 . The lady could be my identical twin.
Another point worth mentioning is my Dads name was Carmel but he was said to have went by a few different names . Possibly Chad , Charles or Chas .
His DD 214 states he served in the USAF 1968 until 1974 .

Birth mother remembers the birth date as mid September 1949. Unfortunately she now has dementia so I can’t confirm the year. Could be 1948 to 1950 but I think she said he was about 3 years older than me which would be around 1949.
