. She passed away in July 2017 by the name Laura Collins. I only want to find her to tell her she was always loved and never forgotten. Mom was 16 and never really talked about the circumstances. His adopted first name is Joshua. He also has a brother that was adopted by my sister at birth a year before by the same family. His name Andrew. The adopted parents lived in Helena Montana.
