607. Jocmc : Patrick Sean Mills was delivered by Dr. McTavish at the Concordia General Hospital on Desalaberry‚ in Winnipeg on October 1‚ 1969. He was circumcised in hospital and got an infection from the procedure therefore was unable to be adopted at birth. He was in a Winnipeg Foster Home through Children's Aid until January or February of 1970 when he was finally adopted. I have a cherished photo of him in his foster home at age 3-4 months of age.

My birth mother is deceased and prior to her death refused to provide me with my birth father's name. What I do know is he used to live or hang out on Winnipeg Avenue.
He may have been a student at the U of M? I believe he was raised by his grandparents. There was a reference to the grandparents living in the east coast of Canada. Have some very general info from the Post Adoption Registry here in Winnipeg.
Have had no luck with the Post Adoption Registry. Have done my DNA and no close matches have shown up.
