The doctor that attended was Dr. J. Fainman on February 13th‚ 1963. My mother was unwed. She was 21 at the time. She was originally from Hull‚ Quebec. I lived at 1505 Bannatyne Avenue‚ Winnipeg with her for the first six months before she gave me up for adoption. After the adoption she moved out west somewhere. I believe she eventually married so she would have a different name. I believe there may be step-siblings. She was a Francophone and wanted me to be adopted by a Catholic Francophone family. The adoption was pre-arranged with my adoptive parents’ lawyer. If my mother is still alive‚ she would be 80 +/- a year.
