277. Sandra1965 : We just found out that my Grandmother, Helen Doris Caverly had given birth to a baby girl in Winnipeg, Manitoba back in 1969 and given her up for adoption. We had no idea that our Mom, Dianna Caverly had a sister and we have an aunt. I’m Dianna’s first born, Sandra Philipp (born 1965). From what I was told, the baby’s name at birth would have been Bobby-Jean Caverly. The father’s name is possibly Bobby, from Winnipeg.
278. Caverly1969 : My grandmother Helen Caverly (Burlock or Shin) had a baby girl she named Bobby-Jean Caverly in 1969 (+ or -) I’m not sure what month. She would be my mom’s (Dianna Caverly) half sister and my aunt. My grandmother recently passed away at the age of 90 and we just found out about her. She has a half brother as well and 4 nieces and 1 nephew plus more great nephews. We know her birth father’s first name was Bob.
279. GlenDScout : I am searchig for my biological mother and father, I was adopted at Grace hospital in Winnipeg Alberta, Aug. 3rd 1957 to a loving family, and now have 4 children of my own. We wish to know our heritage and background. According to previous record requests in 1981, little information has been received. My mother (of Scottish descent) was young at the time of my birth and my father (Icelandic) also has a child (F) about 1 year old at the time of my birth. It was stated that my parents were in good health at this time. I do know my mothers maiden name. Just looking for more information.
281. Glozim : I am looking for my husbands sister. She was given up for adoption. My husband was born in 1967, his older brother in 1965, so this daughter would have been born prior to that. I do not have a lot of information. The birth mothers name was Verna Graves. I believe the baby was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The birth father may have possibly been named Jimmie Clarkson.
