A Few of Our Members Currently Searching Within New Mexico Who Chose To Be Featured
676. Lisarations : My mother was Cynthia Suniga Martin. She gave birth to a boy that was fathered by my father‚ James Henry Martin. However‚ CYnthia and James were having an affair. CYnthia was married to George Martin‚ James’ father. This is why she gave the baby up for adoption‚ but George Martin may have been listed as the father when the baby was given up for adoption. My mother has passed and never told me how I could find my brother.
678. Chocolate46 : My name at time I gave birth was tiffanie Nichole shaw
My son name at birth was Christopher gene shaw. Name may have been changed to paul. He was born in Alamogordo New Mexico June 22‚ 1993.
679. Bear21 : From what I know my birth mom had me in the state of New Mexico. My birth mom was also adopted but she was born in North Dakota. I was adopted through Chaparral Adoption Agency. My adopted parents had to fill out a lengthy questionnaire. Because my adopted grandfather was German Lutheran my adopted parents got me. I’m looking for my birth mom‚ my birth father was not in the picture. My birth mom was between 18-22 years of age and in college. Thank you
680. DestineyRoseMartinez : Looking for a sibling who is searching for me. I am Destiney Rose Martinez Fisher who was born in Iowa City Iowa. My mom is Rachel Fisher and dad is Gonzalo Martinez.
681. Markjh66 : I am searching for my Birth Parents.I know very little about my Birth Mother and nothing about my Birth Father. What I do know is ‚ I was born July 18‚1988 in Boston‚ Ma. My mother at the time was only 13 maybe 14.I was adopted at birth. I was taken from Ma.to Florida with my adoptive parents.I am a female‚ I have red hair.My adoptive last name is Hanson.I am thinking since I was born in Ma.and taken to Florida after my birth it must have been through private agency.
682. Angelaxr7 : My brother was born on 7/2/1976 and was taken from my mom on 7/3/1976 as part of a black-market adoption ring common during that era in San Francisco‚ CA. The baby was taken from my 14 year old mom as she was a runaway at the time. She was released from the University of California San Francisco Hospital (San Francisco County). My mom was initially allowed to see the baby (left unattended in a portable crib by her hospital bed). The next morning‚ a hospital employee informed her that her baby had died. They would not allow her to see her baby again‚ and when she asked about the burial‚ the nurse told her it was against the rules and that her child would instead be buried in mass grave. They had her sign some form resembling a "contract" that she didn’t understand. A few years ago‚ I happened to cross paths with a retired RN who happened to work in the SF area during those years with her husband who was a physician. She was quite familiar with‚ and apologetic for‚ the unfortunate practice of black-market adoptions at those hospitals‚ during that era. She was a wealth of information and informed me that we are possibly looking for a child with a birth certificate filed within a few days of 7/2/76 with the generic name "Baby Boy" on the birth certificate. The retired RN I spoke with mentioned that the hospital staff would not have filed a false death certificate for these types of situations due to the legal implications of filing a false death record.
On May 27‚ 2022 - We confirmed with the vital records office in San Francisco that there is a certificate of live birth but no death record exists for my brother which confirms he did not die in the hospital on July 3‚ 1976 and that the hospital indeed lied.
684. Ladonnacoates : Our mothers name is Tammy Hemphill‚ she was between 13 years old and 14 when she had my sister. Birth place is hobbs nm at lea regional hospital.
685. JanetAnnAdams : Looking for my half brother. Born as James Adams I believe.
I hear he was adopted and possibly moved out to the
mid west from the east coast.
My fathers Name is Roger Adams. I do not know my
half brothers mothers name
686. ShawnaBia : I am a 35 year old female‚ looking for my siblings. a brother and a sister. When i was younger‚ My Mother had a boy who she named Zac ‚ and maybe a year or two later she had a little girl who she named Neveah‚ I am the oldest of seven siblings (from my mom)‚ Zac and Neveah were the youngest. I am reaching out‚ i know they are still young and i don’t know if they remember anyone before they were adopted‚ but i want to know that they are good and being well taken care of. and if when they get older and want to know where they came from‚ they will know that they had family looking for them‚ family that loves them.
689. Pookies75 : Her brothers names are Sonny Ellis‚ Trevor Ellis‚ Isaac Ellis Father's name Billy Ellis died 08/31/2013 mother's name Tammy Ellis live in Tucumcari NM
