259. Emilyfranklin724 : Im looking for my Dads birth family‚ he died 5yrs ago.
Curtis Howard Franklin‚my dad‚ was born in Albuquerque NM‚ birthday is 07/20/1960. Mother’s name no idea but rumors that he found his birth grandfather named Salso Martinez (?) but when he called he was told it was long time ago and their family wanted no part of him and that looking into the matter would stir up bad memories and events. Ive always been told that my dads adopted parents‚ my grandparents paid alot of money to do the adoption illegally‚ not much paperwork‚ etc. Supposedly the secret adoption was between my grandparents and the doctor who facilitated it.
He spent many years looking‚ however his adopted family refused much info.
He wasn’t looking for anything other than medical history for his kids and grandkids sake.
He died if major heart problems and was diagnosed with early Alzheimer’s at 47. He passed at 53.
Ive got little to no info but im hoping to finish this search for his memory and for possible answers reguarding our medical history.
Ive just began my search but any little info will help!
Everyone i know involved‚ my dad and grandparents are all deceased.

262. LostNFind6915 : I know I was born in Clovis, NM. I have other siblings and my last name used to be Montgomery. My adopted mom told me my biological father was a butcher and I may have a sister 9 months older then me.
267. AMorlan1 : Born at Mimbres Memorial Hospital to Jeanne Wagnon in Deming New Mexico. Her family is from the Delta Colorado area and my great grandmother’s name was Helen Tallent.
269. Morefamily13 : Birth Mother, Marsha Jean Bell
My Mom had a baby when she was in High School. My Mom graduated from high school in 1964. She lived in the Table Rock Lake area and was sent away to have the baby. My Aunt thinks she was told it was a boy but not for sure. My Aunt believes my Mom was close enough for my Grandma to visit her while she was away at the maternity home.
270. Goocheegirl : I was born on March 4th in Denver Colorado. I was adopted in Albrquerque, New Mexico shortly after my birth through the United Adoption Agency. That’s all I know. I’ve been hesitant to search for my birth parents for fear of hurting my adopted fathers feelings, however, he has always said he’d support anything I wanted. He’s a great man and I just didn’t want him to feel he wasn’t enough.
Love him and my adopted siblings but I’d LOVE to see who I look like and have many questions answered.
