He passed away January 9th, 2007 but I would like to know more about his service history. I found out when he died that he was a Vietnam Vet. My ex has my adopted birth certificate which has my step-fathers name...My mother was Donna Louise Potter and stepfather is William John Potter.
I was 18 at the time, so the court waived his rights. His name was Stanley D Ray. He was born 1/13/43. I am not sure if you can help me with anything or if I need to contact the state of Utah where I was born? I have a twin and we were adopted in an Albuquerque NM court.
