I am her birth mother‚ Christine Shea Torma‚ I was 19 y. old at the time of her birth. My Husband‚ Stephen Douglass Torma‚ whom of which I have been separated from by choice since 2012‚ is her biological father. In 2015‚ my parental rights were‚ not only wrongfuly stripped from me legaly by means of an unfair-trial as‚ I was incarcerated in NV at the time that I was served‚ legaly bound from traveling to FL‚ so as I could 'appear in-person' within the requested 30 day response time‚ as was legal order of the summons. Only after doing so‚ would I be granted a fair opportunity to attest not only the misconstreud‚ but foremost the abserdly false allegations which were brought against me‚ by my husband's parents of whom‚ are my daughter's biologocal Grandparent's. Thus‚ the verdict was therefore declared by default as‚ an 'abandonment of required parental duties' verdict. Which‚ then affectively revoked me of/and terminated my parental rights. Also‚ there was a conflict-of-interest being as‚ the plaintiff's chosen attorney was also a family aquiantance of theirs. Zoey‚ all I am asking of you‚ if you so choose to not have me in your life‚ is only to allow me the opportunity to express my true feelings about not only the choices that I made or should have made differently‚ but also the truth as to the person that I'm honestly not sure if you were told by the people whom of which I only hope one day‚ I can accept as my family as well as yours. I always Loved you‚ and NEVER wanted to give you away. You were taken from me wrongfully by the very ones that were suppose to be there for me as family. If I could go back and make more responsible decisions regarding you‚ your father and myself‚ I would do it in a heartbeat. Unfortunately that is not possible. Just know that I am Truly Sorry for any and all saddness and pain that I know I caused you by not stepping up to the plate‚ and being the mother that you deserved for me to be to you.
