That hospital burned down and I don’t know if the records went with it.

365. Jashbrook1234 : Birth mother may have been under different last names Andrea Berliner, Andrea Tidd, or Andrea Ashbrook. It was originally an open adoption as far as I know. Birth at either St. Mary’s or Renown I think. He was fostered by a family and I think adopted by the same family. I was adopted by maternal grandparents under the last name Tidd.

She was adopted through the LDS church and I believe the records have been sealed. I do not know her name as my mother was only able to hold her for 5 minutes before she was taken.

Delivering Doctor was Dr. Robinson, from the office of WIxted Flannigan and Robinson. Father name was Timothy Patrick Grady, he is now deceased. I only briefly saw her she had brown curly hair. Adoption was handled by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. ( Mormon ). Mothers name at time of birth was Katherine Bennett Grady.
