A Few of Our Members Currently Searching Within Nevada Who Chose To Be Featured451. SATXSpring1970 : UPDATE, 05/26/2019: DNA testing completed. My birth father was Thomas Edward Kennedy, a Navy airplane mechanic that was based in San Antonio, Texas in 1969. I am still seeking my birth mother.
- My mother was "allowed to believe" I was adopted into a state other than Texas, but I was born in San Antonio, and adopted into a wonderful family in Corpus Christi, Texas.
- My adoption was managed by Reverend Joseph L. Brown, Rector of The Church of Reconciliation - Episcopal, in San Antonio, Texas.
- Dick Conolly connected my adoptive family with Rev. Brown.
- Richard Bradshaw of the Law Offices of Allison, Maddin, White & Brin, Inc. oversaw the legal paperwork. My adoption was finalized July 24th, 1970 at 2pm.
I am thankful to be alive! I have a wonderful family and career, and a desire to express gratitude to the brave, selfless woman who carried me to term so I could be here. I am curious about my birth father and want him to know that I am alive, well, and enjoying life. My adoptive family was the greatest gift anyone could have given me. 453. KAP2009 : Daughter was born April 22nd, 2009 at home in Southern California. Very likely she was taken to a safe surrender site by her birth father in California or possibly Nevada, but may have gone through an agency. I was a minor and not given any information whatsoever, and have not be able to obtain information since then.
Birth mother (myself) has red hair and brown eyes, birth father has dark hair and blue/grey eyes. (profile picture is of me)
Biological father and half brother both born with respiratory problems that affected them in infancy, and my daughter is very likely to have also had these problems.
Medical history of high blood pressure on maternal side, and heart problems on both maternal/paternal side of birth father.
Birth father is a registered offender, and I strongly dissuade contactacting him.
I am looking to make contact with my daughter’s family, but mostly I would just like to know that she is okay/safe or if she needs anything from me.

456. Franlea : Hello, I was born on December 20, 1972. Birth Cert says born in Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, but I have family members who say I was adopted out of Makay Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah. Date of adoption is 01/08/1973. Father could still be father who raised me.....Fred Shupe. My adoptive mother could not have children. I am 46 years old and would like to know this part of my family that has always been a secret. My adoptive mother was kind and caring, and after my Dad passed away she would make comments like "your Dad should have told you the truth" or saying how he was the one to tell me and couldnt. I have searched for this truth for years now, and come up empty. My adoptive mother never told me this truth she was hiding. I would like to know as I have eight kids of my own that would like to know health/family history.
