At least‚ I believe it is an alias (considering a famous jazz singer of the early 20th century shares the same name... and the circumstances). I was born April 16‚ 1985 (04/16/1985) and briefly placed in foster care before my adoption. I have two Polaroid pictures of myself being held by a woman (I have been told and assume it is my mother or a blood relative). The photos are dated 6/19/1985.
