They lived in Kenley and Coulsdon (The Glade/Stanley Close)‚ Surrey and later Margaret and Brian Arthur Bennett had two sons‚ Michael George and Peter James. Michael was born in Australia‚ so Brian briefly lived there too. Brian Anthony died in a car accident in Germany in 1969

Margaret kept me for 6 weeks before giving me to my adoptive parents so that would have been approx the 2nd week in December 1963.
I don’t know for certain but based on the surname I assume Margaret was of Welsh decent. I believe my birth father was also a P.E. teacher but don’t know if he is also Welsh.
My adoptive father was an insurance broker and my mother was a stay at home mother. They lived in a village called Headley which is on the Surrey/Hampshire border.

CarolandDanielknibbs : Carol jane Knibbs 29 august 1968 .. croydon surrey we were born upstairs of " SEW and SEW" habidashery shop on the main road of croydon .. mum didnt know we were twins and lost consciousness during the birth .. her doctor " Dr Wittiker" came up the back stairs from the alley way that ran behind his surgery on the corner and my granparents shop ... My gran told me when they put mum into the ambulance.. gran then said what about the baby ( which was me and she was holding) ? They replied .. We thought the baby was upstairs .. By this stage the doctor and midwife had exited the building via the back stairs without a word .. When trying to locate my birth certificate for identification purposes .. I found a birth record for a twin Daniel Knibbs born 29 august (same as me) 1968 .. in the province of croydon surrey ( same as me )... If this person is my twin brother .. I would like to at least see wat he looks like .. and maybe initiate contact depending on each others circumstances .. My / our mother is 80 and firmly believes and always has that the other baby didnt develop properly and was born unalive ... however i cannot find a stillbirth entry for those details.. even if daniel Knibbs aka unknown doesnt want any contact I would like him to know he wasnt willingly abandoned or adopted with consent ... and that he was another victim in Englands stolen generation

My birth father was Lionel W Summers (DOB 26/04/1928 - 12/02/2020) although he was not named on my birth certificate.
I was adopted by Ken and Betty-Ruth Ogden and my name was changed to Ruth Elizabeth Ogden.
