my biological father’s name is Albert and my name when I was born was Lola Burger, I am Now Kelly Yenson after being adopted. My names and everything got changed through court by my adopted parents when they adopted me so not sure what my first and last name was on my original birth certificate or how much other details of mine got changed as well on there from the hospital. I only have a copy of the one through the court.
