His father was Timothy Roland Smith and his mother was Frederika Christina Smith. If you can get any information can you please contact me. I also think that his names was changed after the adoption. I am not sure if this will help but the number on the birth certificate was 663/028 792 and then there is another number 64/45860 and a long number 1962ct63 600 000 5 and 3516/63/534. if any of these could help. I would really appreciate it if you can get me any info on this matter.
