And the neighbour was in a abusive relationship with her partner so when she saw that she was not coming back for her children she took the 2 children to moroko police station in Soweto. And the only information they had for my mother’s name was (Helen Dacosta) but the last name was given because they didn’t have her surname. I and my sister was adopted in 1993 or 1994 by a Catherine motaung. Please can you help me with this situation. Thank you.
