I don’t know if the name of your father was on your birth certificate as I have been unable to get a copy of this. I understand he was called Alan Harper. Beryl married in July 1959 and I am her first child of that marriage. I have placed my details at the uk passport office but moved recently. She named you Russell D Turner.
