My mother Susan Carroll had a child on the 26th of July 1981 named Tygue Carroll (Now Toby) in the central Middlesex hospital London. We have tried to get in contact a few times‚ registering with the general register office‚ Southport‚ 1996 and 2006. We recieved one letter with a picture and a thank you from the Granddad a while back but this was theonly contact. Looking if you could help or point us in the right direction.
