Curtis was born on 16th May 2001 and Jacqueline Welsh was born on 16th March 2002. I’ve had no contact since Curtis went into care due to me being in full time employment, and my social worker named Angela told me that Curtis goes away for the weekends. I’m not sure if they are still under there real names or they have been adopted in another name. They went to a foster parent in Ashton under Lynn, but I don’t know if they still a resident there. They were both born at St Mary’s Hospital in Greater Manchester.
