My parents Michael & Margaret Cross were going to adopt him but didn’t work out‚ they had him living with them for 6 months‚ they lived on Weston road‚ Weston Runcorn.
My late mother told me that his natural mother told her he was my dads baby hence why the adoption didn’t take place.
His mother later married George Chadwick and they lived jn the Isle of man and went on to have 4 children.
