I would so much love to have a copy of his original birth certificate.
373. Carleen246 : I am looking for two sisters, birth names Joyce M Kelley (4/16/1959) and Linda Lee Kelley (likely born shortly before Nov. 1960). Their birth mother was Claire M (O’Neil) Kelley. They were likely born in Rhode Island, but could have been born in Massachusetts. It’s very likely they were removed from their mother’s care (Claire had 4 older children, already wards of DCFS). The 2 girls I’m searching for have 4 living and 1 deceased siblings.
