335. Kerrysgirl : My mother went to a catholic home for unwed mothers most likely in Cranston RI where she delivered a boy that I am told she named John Patrick and assume she used her last name, Johnson. She would have been 14 or 15 I think as she was married at age 16 in the latter part of 1961 so it is possible that it was the first part of 1961. I do not know the birthdate of this boy only that he was most likely born in 1960.
337. Brittneyk : Our mothers name is Lori and last name starts with a K. Your middle name was/is chanc. You would have grew up or have ties to Johnston RI
338. Rook47 : I’m the cousin of Sarah Emmons (Rook) looking for her birth parents to add to our family tree. She was adopted by Rick and Lori Rook when she was an infant.
339. Helpingdnamatches : I am searching on behalf of an adoptee .Looking for a woman who was adopted and lived in California during her mid 20’s, who then placed a daughter for adoption in January 1979 in California. The child (a daughter) was born in Long Beach. She believes that she was born baby girl Beaumont and that her mother was born in the mid 1950’s. She also believes her father was Navy. Both the adoptee and myself have done DNA testing for this search (we are related as well). I have a couple of families that are DNA related but have been unable to narrow results because of the multiple adoptions.
340. ElizabethDobson327 : I want to reach out to my child to give him medical information. My family has a genetic defect known has Lynch Syndrome which affects us with multiple kinds of cancers it has affected many family members at different ages and some rare types. Early detection is very important. Hope to contact my birth son to give him this information. God bless
341. Sevi33 : My name at birth was Stephanie Jean Myers. I think my mothers name was Jessie/Jessica Rae Myers. I was born at Women and Infants Hospital in Providence, RI on July 17th, 1980. My name now is Stephaeleya McCutcheon. I’m looking for any biological relatives I may have.
342. Rhodygirl66 : Providence Rhode Island Catholic home for unwed mothers.? Sophia Little home? Names of birth mother Mary Lou , Irish and German decent. Baby boy born and given up at birth . Mother was from Portsmouth RI.
343. Sky2004 : I’m the mother to the adopted child’s half sister and I’m trying to help her locate her half brother. They obviously have the same father.
The adopted boy, Mason, was adopted shortly after his mother gave birth. She didn’t want a reminder of her affair with my husband (ex husband now). She told me she was giving Mason to her cousins whom lived outside of Illinois (where we all live) in a different state. I don’t remember the state she told me tho because that was 12-13 years ago.
I think my daughter deserves to know her one and only step sibling. And she wants to know him, too!
When college time comes along for both of them, I don’t want them to meet and fall in love and end up finding out too late that they are siblings. Mason’s mother, Mandy, shouldn’t want that either.
I think Mandy is afraid that if I find Mason, I will tell him about his real dad and what a narcissist he is and that Mandy doesn’t want her son to ever meet his birth father.
344. Lopes8131 : Original name was Christopher Michael Martin. Born at Kent County Hospital, in RI. Mother was Marcia Martin, father was Richard Capewell.
345. Clmarinus : Lilianna Walden and Gianna (Navy) Walden - Lily born July 8 2004. Navy born Jan 02, 2006. Both born in Providence RI and of Asian/White decent. Both born in Women and Infant-Roger Williams Hospital. They are my grandaughters. Mother was Courtney Walden. Both children were placed with "Jean", a substitute teacher in RI, as foster parents, then adopted. It was an open adoption. Navy’s first name was changed to Gianna but was kept as her middle name. I was cut off from them by the courts as grandparents have no rights through the state agency. We miss them dearly and wish to know how they are doing as they grow or to be able to re-establish contact when they come of age. I am Christi Walden Marinus
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
