632. Cassybuell123 : Hi! I am on the search to build my family tree on my mom’s side of the family. My maternal grandmother’s biological mother is unknown. My grandmother was born in Witham‚ Essex‚ England on February 10th‚ 1934. As far as I know‚ her biological mother named her Rosemary‚ Joy. Her last name changed through adoption to Alexander. There is no known information on who her biological mother or father was. I do know that her biological mother was very young when she gave birth. I believe she was 16 or younger. My grandmother had a strong belief that she was adopted by a family member of her biological mother. She often mentioned that an “aunt” would come visit her and behave motherly towards her but then stopped visiting shortly after. I would love to find out this mystery.
635. DarrenConnelly : My Uncle Philip was born in 1954‚ he was one of 4 children and the youngest who all started their early life in Barnardo’s. My Dad ‚ was 7 years older and never really knew his brother as Philip was fostered and then adopted. Philip’s daughter and I are in touch and we are trying to find out more information as Holly (his daughter) has not heard from hm in 20 odd years?
636. Suesean : Looking for children of Patricia McNamara. Having found one already I am eager to find anymore siblings and put together the family that were kept apart
637. Chantelle3965 : I was born 9th October 1990 as Chantelle Louise Georgina to the mother of Michelle Helen Walker.
It has come to light that my mother had 2 children prior to me that were taken by social services.
I am looking for 2 potential siblings‚ quite possibly with the same Father‚ however I don’t have his name‚ all I know was that he was in prison.
639. Scotty2024 : Colchester Hospital is where I was born in September 2005. I was adopted through Bernardo’s Adoption and have since moved to Manchester. Hoping to find my birth parents.
643. Reecew : My dad was adopted not sure when his birth day was 24/ November 1973
My grandparents names was Sheryl Luderman and Alfred Luderman
My dads name Wayne Luderman
644. Irenekikkert1963 : My birth name was Irene Shirley Kikkert born 7/4/1963 at St Margarets Hospital In Epping. My birth mothers name was Josephine Rose Kikkert of 109 woodfield Road Forest Gate. She was a hairdresser back then.
My adoptee parents told me from an early age that I was adopted so I always knew. Just before my Dad died he told me more information of which I didn’t know and said find your true path! I never did‚ but I always felt like I didn’t belong if you understand. That was fulfilled when I married my husband (now of 25 years) & had Our wonderful Son. But there has always still been something there in the back of my mind remembering what Dad had told me.
I was also ill a year ago and didn’t know if I would survive the cancer I had but God was on my side this time. I thought a lot about things during that bad time.
Anyway. Really hope someone can help! Is my birth mother still alive? Do I have siblings?
Here’s hoping!
Leona.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
