Rumour has it he may have been conceived in the Wexford area but that was only heard of years ago. Kind regards Darryl Roche (grandson).
150. Jedred59 : I was born on 23rd November 1976 in the Rotunda Hospital in Dublin. I was called Stephanie by my birth mother whose name was Carmel and I believe she was 18 years old when I was born. The RGAS facilitated my adoption with my adoptive parents taking me home on 18th January 1977. I have no further details but as a mum now myself, I would like to find out more about my background. It was a selfless, wonderful act by a young woman to whom I am eternally grateful.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
