We the mother and I lived in Norton Road Hove and Sean was registered at Hove Births and Deaths registry office. We had been together for around 3 years and both come from Worthing Sussex in the Broadwater area. When we found out a baby was on the way we moved to Hove‚a top floor bedsit‚babies were not allowed by the owners‚this created a problem as we were hiding the pregnancy. when Sean arrived the mother and child. (she was my financee at the time) could not go back to our bedsit and the social was not as it is today‚you got nothing from the state. The mother and Sean were taken to a home for unmarried mothers in Eastbourne Sussex and from there to a foster home in Littlehampton and a Mrs Green became the foster carer‚the road name slips my mind for the momen. We broke up and the mother arranged for the adoption to be carried out against my wishes‚my Mother was willing with myself to keep Sean but the adoption went ahead with a Catholic Adoption Centre in London.Have tried several times to locate Sean to no avail.Further details are available. Many thanks.
