My mother was Ada Sly, She married my father in September of that year, Robert’s father was unknown. I know he was born in Birmingham, which, at the time, was part of Warwickshire, not sure what area, I would love to find him. My mother has Alzhiema’s, and has probably long forgotten about Robert, I have not, from the day she told us about him, it was my ambition to find him, I would like to tell him about the mother he never knew, why she had him adopted, and introduce him to his brothers sisters. Families are so important, I have lost two relatives within a few months of each other, and it is so sad when that happens, finding Robert would be a dream come true and I hope you can help.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
