Terrytuberville : im searching for my birth father harry James bolton who was married to sylvia dalton, I also have a sister Maria who was born in 1969, not sure if my birth father knew about my sister, my mom was remarried to a US soilder who adopted us and we moved to the United States. My paternal grandparents still live in Branbury. We think my birth father had a brother named Anthony who they called "Sonny Boy". It also states on my birth certificate that my fathers father was also named Harry James Bolton and that he had something to do with turf but I think it had to do with a gambling establishment, not sure.

66. FredYoung : I am searching on behalf of Mrs. Elizabeth Hughes of Birmingham. Her father was Sgt. Frank Stanley Howard of 601 Squadron RAF. He was shot down over Malta 17 May 1942 and died there 3 days later. Elizabeth was born 4 months after this. She was adopted by the Harris family of Birmingham. Elizabeth’s birth names were Patricia Anne. Her grandparents (Frank’s mom and dad are listed as Mr. J. Howard and Mrs. Irene (nee Mallard) Howard, of 47 Fort Street, Bulawayo, Southern Rhodesia (Zimbabwe). Frank was born in Mafeking, South Africa, 27 July 1914. My father-in-law, Ken Howard, from Namibia and still alive here, was Frank’s cousin ( a connection I am still trying to make). I have met Elizabeth once last year, and hope to see her again at Christmas time this year, hopefully with a gift of news that I know will bring Peace and closure for her and the Harris family.
