880. Darkstarr1982 : Searching for my birth mother‚ Lynette Lowe (maiden name). In 1982 when I was born she was supposedly around 16 or 17 years of age and staying in Sparks‚ Nevada with family. She is reported to have been adopted herself. After my birth I was told she left for Las Vegas‚ Nevada.
I was born at Washoe Medical Center in Reno‚ Nevada on August 30‚ 1982 as "Baby Girl Lowe". My the legal end of my adoption actually took place a couple months later in Franklin‚ Idaho. I was adopted by Clyde and Leslie Andersen. My grandparents were Arvie and Dorothy Andersen and reported to have been friends of my birth mother’s family.
The adoption circumstances seem very strange to me I was born in Reno in August but all of the legal end of the adoption (the paperwork) took place later in Franklin‚ Idaho. I left the hospital with my adoptive parents but legally they weren’t made my parents until a couple months later. How they were able to take me with them to a completely different state when I wasn’t their child still unsettles me.
