His mother’s name‚ as we are told‚ is Cora Hinkley Patton. She was 22 years old at the time of adoption. DeWayne was 7 weeks old when the adoption took place. His birth sister’s name is Margret Lucille Patton. She was two years older than DeWayne. We do not have any information about his birth father. I love my grandfather and before he passed away he asked me to find his birthparents.
