I lived as a small child on the lotus shoe factory farm estate owned by the Bostocks where my Dad ( on birth cert) Raymond James Wellings was farm manager and mum ( on birth certificate) Joyce Wellings lived with sons Duncan and Colin Wellings at Tixall Farm and then they moved to Bank House Farm‚ both Bostock Farm Estate Houses.
