She was married to William Webb but he was not my Dad’s birth father. His father was not named on the birth certificate so I am looking for any records that may identify him. I have tested my DNA and connected to African American family in Kansas. I believe my Grandfather may have been an American GI that was in Staffordshire during WW2.
