His birth father is James Thomas Buttery (DOB 3/4/1948) and his birth mother is Leslie Morgan. The adoption would probably have been sorted by Stoke on Trent Social Services

I believe her adoption was overseen by the Lichfield Diocesan Society and finalised in November of the same year.
