I know his name, that he is around the same age as my mother, where my mother and real father lived before I was born. I do have a picture of him, he was around 18 years old in the pictures, and it was a picture from my mother and biological fathers wedding.
199. Jay_rh : I was born in Mandan North Dakota. All I know about my birth parents is my mother Was born in 1959 She is half Icelandic half German she is Catholic. Her grandfather died from a heart attack at age 60. She is 5’5 with brown hair and brown eyes. My biological father was born in 1954 he is Icelandic and Lutheran. He is 5’9 Hazel eyes and Light brown hair. I was adopted through Lutheran Family Services North Dakota. There is a possibility they are from the area of Mountain ND. Howard Oppegard was the area supervisor and Robert Hartl was the adoption attorney. This is the only information I have. I have connected with first cousins once removed - second cousins through DNA services, 23 and Me and MyHeritage. I am not seeking anything from my birth parents other than knowledge of where I come from and connecting with my history.
202. Meangirl83 : Hi I’m looking for my brother who was adopted at birth. His mother was very young and that’s why he was adopted. This would be in North Dakota and it would have been in 80 or 81 he was put up for adoption by a private adoption agency through a religious organization. My mother’s last name was Hart.
203. Greenelie : I am searching for my half-sister. I believe her name at birth was Catherine, born Dec 1972. Catherine had a baby, also put up for adoption, May 1991.
204. Devonrex2 : I am searching for my sister who was born in 1962 in Fargo, ND and was adopted through Catholic Family Services - We share the same birth mother. The Adoption Agency is unable to do a search for me without our birth mother’s consent since I know her identity (legal liability). I would LOVE to reunite with my BIG SISTER, but have no other identifying information to help locate her.
206. Reaperofelement : I was born in Techumseh, Michigan. I was taken away from my biological parents by social services along with my brother and sister. I was the oldest, my name at the time was Christopher Lee Meyers. We were taken away around when i was 2 n half years old. I went through many foster homes until age 7 n half and was adopted. I would like to meet my siblings from my bloodline.
209. LHKinkade : We are looking for a child born around 1935-1940. The birth mother was Masako Fukumoto and she gave birth to a daughter (whose name we think was Reiko). Any help would be appreciated!
210. Concernedbro : Trying to find my niece. Her mother was forced to give her up for adoption immediately after birth. The baby girl was 7lbs and born in Selmer, TN on Aug 8-9th 1999 with brown hair and brown eyes.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
