136. Lisa1015 : I was born October 15th, 1963 in Fargo, North Dakota and adopted by a wonderful family in North Dakota. The adoption agency was Lutheran Social Services. I was told that my birth parents were married and possibly teachers and musical. I would like to find out any information that someone may have regarding my birth parents. I was adopted by my parents December 31st, 1963
137. Doublyblessed1966 : I was born in Fargo, ND at St. John’s Hospital and adopted by a military family. After birth, I was held until Oct 19 by a “foster” family per ND law at the time (so I’m told). My birth statistics are recorded as being 20” long and 6 lbs, 5.5 ounces. I am tremendously blessed by my adoptive family. I would prefer contact be mediated initially.
139. Kbjordahl : I am attempting to find the biological family of my father in law who passed away. I have a daughter whom I would like to be able to share this information with as she never met her grandfather.
143. Lcroot84 : I am searching for my brother that was adopted. He was born in Williston ND not sure on the year it could be 1986-1989. He does have 2 older sisters born in 1984 & 1977. Im sure the name on the birth cert. was baby boy Root, mothers maiden name was Scheele. Please contact if you have any information
144. Sunsetsabound : My son David Alexander Langdon was born in Richmond, VA, in the VCU hospital on December 8, 2010. At the time, his father and I were in a relationship. To protect my son from his angry father, I had Children and Youth Services (CYS) pick him up. After over a year of fighting to regain custody of my son, I gave him up for adoption, as I could no longer handle the emotional struggles that went along with attempting to get him back.
My son was with a potential adoptive family, but something went wrong (I don’t know precisely what happened), and so he was removed from the home, and sent back to foster care. And that is when I lost contact with him.
My hope is to reconnect with my little boy. I’m taking a huge risk to my mental health in an effort to find him. Please assist me if you know anything that can help.
I’m 28 now, and I live in Pennsylvania. I am no longer involved with his father.

I tried calling and writing Children’s Village and they kept saying that I only had one choice to claim my Native American. My adoptive Parents turned it down and not me. I was only 6 weeks old when the adoption took place. One of my girlfriends made one phone call and received information about our Son.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
