586. Leereynard38 : Looking to find my daughter Adelia who is adopted out
588. Rickozanne : I'm looking for Andrew Cook‚ born circa 1965 and adopted at birth (Andrew Cook is his adopted name - I do not know his birth name).
Andrew was adopted in England. I have no idea where.
Andrew has at least 1 son called William Cook who was born circa 1990.
591. Maureenallen63 : My mum gave birth to me in Guilford Surrey‚ I was taken to the National Children's Home in Gosport and adopted from there‚ she was a secretary and my father was in the army and my surname was Allen
593. Bobshee : I am looking for my nephew was named Anthony by my sister Lesley Herridge who gave birth to a son on 29th July 1965. The birth took place in Portsmouth hospital Hampshire. Unfortunately my sister died this year without being able to find him
594. Aimeebparker : My Dad was born 28/08/1968 in Marylebone in London. I believe his birth Mother was 17 and from Canada‚ I was told her name was Jennifer.
596. Suzannejan1975 : I was born in Southampton and believe I lived in the Catholic rescue society with my mother until I was given up for adoption at 3 months old.
My birth mum insisted i was adopted by Catholic parents which i was and she was supposed to meet my adopted parents but was too upset to do so in the end.
My biological parents were both from sardinia‚ my mother was studying to be an English tutor I believe and had a sister living in the UK as nanny maybe.
I believe my mother's name was Pierre (not sure if I've spelt it correctly)
Before I was adopted she embroidered a P in every item of clothing and gave me a vial of her perfume (small oblong bottle) she had also named me Suzanne (again not sure of spelling)
I know she didn't want to give me up but felt she had no choice and did what was best for me
598. Nataliepav : My mum had a child when she was just 15 I think in either 1969 or 1972 I don't know which. She was taken 2 weeks after birth from my mum to somebody in Southampton that my nan knew both have passed away. My sister went to a couple who couldn't have children and when I was 11 I remember her coming to meet the family I have never seen her again I don't know where she went but I know she grew up in Southampton and her name became Lucy bishop any help on finding someone that knows something or even point me in the direction of where to start looking. Thanks
600. Vikkih1986 : Dear Samantha‚
I am sorry it has taken so long for me to come and find you. You see‚ growing up I always had a huge fear of abandonment‚ my mother always said to me if I wanted to know‚ she had all the information‚ but I was too scared. Scared incase you didn’t want to know me. It wasn’t until my mother passed away a few years ago‚ my father presented me with the gorgeously thought out baby book you left for me. Dad’s timing was not great and I was dealing with grief from losing two very important people in my life. I’m 40 now‚ which I’m sure you know‚ and I’m ready to explore that side of my life and hopefully if you are still wanting too‚ get to know you.

I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
