362. Nastushe4ka : My name is Anastasia Yakovleva‚ born July 22‚ 2001‚ living in Saint Petersburg‚ Russia. I am registering to search for my biological sister.
Her name is Victoria Yakovleva‚ born November 21‚ 2004. According to the records I have‚ she was in Psychoneurological Orphanage No. 6 in Saint Petersburg‚ Russia‚ in 2006‚ and she left the institution on March 12‚ 2009‚ with a note indicating that she was adopted in the United States.
Her adoptive parents‚ according to my information‚ are U.S. citizens and possibly medical professionals (cardiologists). Unfortunately‚ I do not know the state where she was adopted or her current location.
Our parents:
Mother — Anastasia Yakovleva‚ born August 16‚ 1975‚ deceased January 4‚ 2005
Father — Dmitry Borisovich Tupitsyn (Nikolaev)‚ born July 26‚ 1974‚ deceased September 28‚ 2012
I am her only living biological sibling and can provide documents confirming our relationship if required. My goal is to legally and safely locate my sister and‚ if possible‚ establish contact with her adoptive parents‚ so they may voluntarily share information about her well-being or allow communication with me.
I am not requesting any confidential medical information or private details without the consent of the adoptive parents. I only seek guidance and assistance in connecting with her through legal and ethical channels.
Any help‚ advice‚ or recommendations you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much for your attention.
Sincerely‚
Anastasia Yakovleva

He should have been with his little brother Derrick who was a year and 1/2 at the time of adoption. Derrick Richard Ransbottom was born 2-15-2010 at Bartlett Regional Hospital in Juneau Ak. And OCS adopted out my boys together sometime in 2011.It was totally and completely got screwed over by OCS they didn't even try to give me my babies back I was doing jail time from 2010-2011 and they just adopted my boys out I miss my children so much the pain in my heart hurts everyday. 368. Maxine64 : I am looking for my Birth father. I was not adopted. My biological mother Dora Evak raised me in Fairbanks‚ AK where I was born 12/03/64 at St. Joseph's hospital but it was demolished. She did not list my father on my birth certificate & died in August 1981 in Anchorage‚ AK & she never told me who he was. She was full blooded Inupiat Eskimo. I did my dna on 23 & Me & Ancestry.com & I'm indigenous inupiat & athabascan 68% & caucasian as well as others I had a step brother who was 2 or 4 yrs. older that she gave up for adoption who died a few yrs. earlier that I met briefly at my mother's funeral in 1981 but did not find out who was his birth father. His adopted name was Thomas Ootuk Mazonna. My mom was born in Wainwright‚ AK & her birth mom either died in childbirth or sometime afterwards. Her father John Evak moved my mom & her siblings to Kotzebue‚ AK where he remarried Sarah from Kotzebue who was my mom's stepmom. I have found many relatives through dna but not my birth father. None of my mom's family knew who my birth father was. My mom enrolled me in the Doyon native corporation in Fairbanks‚ AK. She was married to my stepfather Roland (Rawland) Young who was born in 1919 & was previously married with 3 biological children. He never adopted me. He passed away sometime in the 90's in Fairbanks‚ AK. He was born in Wisconsin. My mom divorced him in 1979-80. I do have living relatives in Fairbanks & North Pole‚ AK who I have met & living relatives in Kotzebue & Barrow‚ AK & many others who I have not met.
369. Jessica927 : I'm looking for my cousin‚ who was adopted at birth. I don't have much info except that it was through a Catholic maternity home. My best guess of the year is between 1964 and 1968‚ but that could be off by a few years. The last name is Speelman‚ and the family was living in NJ at the time‚ but there is a good chance she was sent out of state.
370. Abrown83 : I know she was placed for adoption in early 1979 in Anchorage Alaska. Her birth mother is Janice Dapovitch and birth father is Kelly Brown.
372. VanceWagar : I can't remember the birthdate or agency we used but she was born at Providence Hospital in Achorage. I think it was in the spring time‚ but I am not sure exactly.
373. Pikagirl420 : I have very little to go on. Im not even positive if im related. My dad was dating a girl who was pregnant shortly after they broke up. She had the baby and while baby was still very young before my dad could find out if baby was related to us or not‚ the mom died in a car accident my dad said. Im thinking the baby was younger than me (i was born in 2000) but I dont know for sure. My dad's name is Harold Rick and my name is Tashara Anderson. I have 3 more siblings who i have gotten in contact with already. This is the only one that we haven't found yet
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
