A Few of Our Members Currently Searching Within Alaska Who Chose To Be Featured
331. Mb1969 : I am looking for a daughter that I was not aware of and born in later part of 1990. I have a dna match from genomelink that is almost certainly my child and has the name "diana" listed on the dna match. I am trying to get my sample uploaded here but not yet successful. I was in the navy at the time and was not aware of a pregnancy. I have been able to see the last name of another distant match through my daughter and the surname matches that of the girl ibhad been seeing at the time. I have no contact with her and dont know where else to start as no other matches are present if Diana is out there please know I would love to connect and that I didn’t know you existed. If I am correct‚ your mother was also in the navy at that time as well.
333. Member228165 : UPDATE! This posting resulted in the discovery of another McInroy sibling! Krysti Olson contacted me over a year ago and sure enough‚ she is my father’s daughter and my half sister. That makes six daughters and counting ... Could there be a son out there? Hope so! Please respond if you believe that Robert Vincent McInroy could be your father or a member of your family tree.
Thank you - Nancy McInroy
My father‚ Robert Vincent McInroy‚ died in 1990 in Michigan and since then‚ I have been searching for any additional children that he may have fathered. In the past 20 years‚ I have found three half-sisters!
Dad was born in 1928 in Colorado and may have had a son on or around 1962. Ring any bells? I would love to hear from you - Nancy
334. Normita : I am looking for my son‚ he has a sister that was adopted from Korea‚ and a older brother named jon. His adopted father named jon name susie‚ who was a clinical psychologist.
I had received pictures and letters up to his graduation. When I had tried to reach out to the agency that had done my open adoption said that they would not provide his name or any information and that I would need a lawyer.
I was forced to give up my son‚ i have waited this long because I respected the parents who I gave my child to. That they would love him the way I would love him. The home‚ the love‚ the education. I never got to hold him or kiss his head‚ hands or feet. It’s been a pain in my chest since. I just want to kiss my son’s hands and kiss the top of his head.
I just want to meet him once. I still live in the same city and state he was born in. Hoping that he would find me. Someday.
336. TracyRN71 : I am looking for someone who was born at St. Anne’s home for unwed mothers in Los Angeles‚ likely in 1965 or 1966. I do not know if the baby was a boy or girl. I don’t have much to go on!

I am interested in finding my medical history more than anything‚ as two of my daughters have unexplained health issues‚ that we have no ability to trace. My adoptive parents names are Anthony Michael Schaff‚ and Doroty Alice Schaff‚ maiden name of mother is Finnley. I was adopted at birth. I have a paper stating my birth parents height‚ hobbies ‚ hair and eye color that unfortunately was lost in a house fire. What I recall from this is both were blonde hair‚ blue eyed. Father was in track and music‚ and I believe my mother was musical as well.
