216. Mespags : The Adopted person was my Husband how pasted away in 2021 due to Cancer. Our Son would love to find out any links to his Dads family. We know he has a sister and that she was born 18 months after 05/12/1970. His Family name was Scott and they were from Rockingham. He was adopted to Alan and Brenda Hough. He was named Brendon Scott at Birth.

217. ChelsScott : I’m helping my husband look for the birth parents of his father Ian Douglas Scott. His name at birth was Kevin Douglas Elliot‚ born at King Edwards Hospital in Perth‚ Western Australia on the 10th of April 1955. He was adopted within 1 month of being born. The adoptive parents were John & Dorothy Scott and they lived in Subiaco. It is thought that both sets of parents somehow knew each other. We have the adoption paperwork but it does not state any names of the the birth parents. We’re hoping to find any long lost family members‚ as it’s unlikely the birth parents are still alive. We would love for anyone who may know something to get in contact. Even of its just a name.

219. Steve260363 : My birth mother came from Ireland with her family and lived in Fremantle‚ or maybe Subiaco. Last name was Gurney. I think I was born at PMH in Subiaco.

220. RowenaandDad7 : My father is James Stuart Douglas born in Perth on 7th June 1941 and grew up under the care of Stuart and Norma Olive Douglas at 23 Essex St Wembley‚ Perth W.A. My father has lived in Bundoora Victoria for more than 55 years. His mother just before her passing told my father that his real name was Laurence Maher (unsure of the spelling) and he was adopted from Sister Kates ‚ (kates kids?)‚ not far from the hospital. I am assuming this was a section of Royal Perth Hospital at the time. We only know (via heresay) that his biological mother was aboriginal and his father was of UK/European descent. DNA has matched him with first cousins in South Australia. Bart Kakoschke from SA reached out to him directly advising him that he was probably from the Johnson or Porter ancestry line. It is my father and I who would very much like to know our ancestry. My father’s only family growing up was Norma Olive Douglas‚ there were no other siblings and his father was actually in quarantine at the time my father had to have been conceived. All our lives there were members of the family that denied knowing anything‚ did not speak about this and remain even now indifferent‚ asking me why am I so interested to know‚ namely my mother so it has been difficult over the years to feel encouraged to reach out. My father was never given a birth certificate. Any help at all will be so very much appreciated‚ even where I should start. My father is now approaching mid eighty and he still brings up the topic with me in private. kind regards‚ Rowena Douglas Contact me.

My heart is beating so hard that I pray he feels me‚ where ever he is‚ and has the urge to jump on line again and not give up.
