I was born on 27/09/1958 and my birth certificate names me as Caroline Phillips. A letter from the adoption agency in Liverpool says my father was based at an airbase near by and was American. I do. Not have any details for him but the letter said he had a wife in America and returned home when he found out my Mum was pregnant. I just want to know where I come from and who I look like.
