My granddaughter was born Emilia/Emelia Grace McInerney in Liverpool UK in August 2006.She was placed for adoption after SS said my daughter MIGHT have difficulty as she had mental health problems. My birth mother was Barbara Anne Phillips age 20. She lived in Huyton-with-Roby. I was born on 27/09/1958 and my birth certificate names me as Caroline Phillips. A letter from the adoption agency in Liverpool says my father was based at an airbase near by and was American. I do. Not have any details for him but the letter said he had a wife in America and returned home when he found out my Mum was pregnant.
