The birth mother was called Janet Lorne and the birth father was called Bernard Marsden.
My sister was named Christina Janet Lorne. She was adopted around mid 1964. They were residing in the unmarried mothers home in Cumbria and adoption took place in Birkenhead county court.
We believe Christina was adopted by a doctor or doctors.
I have been trying to find her for years but Birkenhead county court said I have no right to ask them about the adoption.
Would be very grateful for any information.

I met my birth mother in Blackpool in 1988 and she told me she would keep in touch, I never heard from her since... I was the youngest of 4/5 children, and I was the only one that was adopted, she kept the other children, I have brothers and sisters I have never met but would like to meet them.

He was born in Widnes hospital, his mother’s name was Jacqueline Dover and she lived in Halewood. My father’s birth name given to him by his birth mother was Nicholas Dover. I also have my dad’s birth certificate.

My mother worker at a hotel in Rhyl at 33 Knowles Avenue, LL18 at the time I was born and believe I also have an older brother (born between 1947 - 1950) who was possibly born at the above address (Elmswood) I do not know what the name of the hotel was but today are bungalows built in the 1960’s. Can anyone help to piece my life jigsaw together.
