The birth mother was called Janet Lorne and the birth father was called Bernard Marsden.
My sister was named Christina Janet Lorne. She was adopted around mid 1964. They were residing in the unmarried mothers home in Cumbria and adoption took place in Birkenhead county court.
We believe Christina was adopted by a doctor or doctors.
I have been trying to find her for years but Birkenhead county court said I have no right to ask them about the adoption.
Would be very grateful for any information.
