My birth mom apparently lived and worked in Durban south Africa and at a young age became pregnant through a relationship with a man in a very wealthy and influential family in durban. She was persuaded to leave Durban and hsve me in port elizabeth in the eastern cape of south Africa. My adoption was s private adoption and as s result very little information exists. I was apparently named Wendy van Deeventer at birth but my adoptive parents changed this to Lynda Starrett on registration of adoption. My adopting parents lived in Johannesburg south africa
