A Few of Our Members Currently Searching Within Hawaii Who Chose To Be Featured
361. Julijam : Hi I’m searching for my son that I had to give up when I was 16. He was adopted at birth in Hilo Hawaii June 19-20‚ 1977 I just want to know how he’s doing. The adoption was done through an adoption agency. He was around 10 pounds at birth‚ born in Hilo Hospital
362. KarenGonzalez : Hi. My name is Karen Elizabeth Gonzalez-Martin. I am 33 years old born female. I was unbelievably adopted in the first year of birth so I understand how it feels to search but I am also interested in finding my kids who I have been always considered not- obligated to maintain a positive lifestyle for my family upon the united states government. I had become impregnated at a young age of I believe 15. This has been an emotional complex for me. I was born in Brooklyn‚ N.Y. and my birth certificate was amended so I am honestly unsure. Hopefully this profile will adhere to my income at its greatest advantage. I am Not ot ever have used hard drugs‚ graduated on time‚ and think the strength of alcohol is disgusting. My life has been fair but Not the best and any information if Not at all would be highly appreciated. Thank You for your time and God Bless.
363. Kaleolani : My name is Kaleolani Lee Keohuhu‚ and I am desperately trying to find my real parents‚ on my birth certificate it says that I was born in July 20 1970‚ on the island of Oahu. My adopted mother’s name is Mary Douglas‚ and my adopted dad’s name is Richard S Keohuhu. Please contact me‚ my children need to know who they are.
366. DestineyRoseMartinez : Looking for a sibling who is searching for me. I am Destiney Rose Martinez Fisher who was born in Iowa City Iowa. My mom is Rachel Fisher and dad is Gonzalo Martinez.
367. Angelaxr7 : My brother was born on 7/2/1976 and was taken from my mom on 7/3/1976 as part of a black-market adoption ring common during that era in San Francisco‚ CA. The baby was taken from my 14 year old mom as she was a runaway at the time. She was released from the University of California San Francisco Hospital (San Francisco County). My mom was initially allowed to see the baby (left unattended in a portable crib by her hospital bed). The next morning‚ a hospital employee informed her that her baby had died. They would not allow her to see her baby again‚ and when she asked about the burial‚ the nurse told her it was against the rules and that her child would instead be buried in mass grave. They had her sign some form resembling a "contract" that she didn’t understand. A few years ago‚ I happened to cross paths with a retired RN who happened to work in the SF area during those years with her husband who was a physician. She was quite familiar with‚ and apologetic for‚ the unfortunate practice of black-market adoptions at those hospitals‚ during that era. She was a wealth of information and informed me that we are possibly looking for a child with a birth certificate filed within a few days of 7/2/76 with the generic name "Baby Boy" on the birth certificate. The retired RN I spoke with mentioned that the hospital staff would not have filed a false death certificate for these types of situations due to the legal implications of filing a false death record.
On May 27‚ 2022 - We confirmed with the vital records office in San Francisco that there is a certificate of live birth but no death record exists for my brother which confirms he did not die in the hospital on July 3‚ 1976 and that the hospital indeed lied.
368. JanetAnnAdams : Looking for my half brother. Born as James Adams I believe.
I hear he was adopted and possibly moved out to the
mid west from the east coast.
My fathers Name is Roger Adams. I do not know my
half brothers mothers name
369. Marie808 : My name is Marie Cleveland. I’m searching for my 3 brothers who were separated from us at birth in Honolulu‚ Hawaii between the years 2001 to 2005 at either Kapiolani Hospital or Queens Hospital. I should clarify that my brothers are NOT triplets. I just don’t recall who was born first and when.
Their birth names:
1. Robert Tesoro Jr
2. Abraham Tesoro
3. Leroy Tesoro.
Birth parents were Hana Cleveland and Robert Tesoro. Their ethnicities were of Filipino‚ Samoan‚ Chinese‚ and Caucasian.
Brothers‚ I’m sorry it took me so long to start looking. If any of you see this‚ please reach out. I hope to reconnect and share stories.
372. Kittygirl808 : I would like to know who is my birth mom and if I can find my twin brother‚& if I had more siblings too. And I would like to talk to her
373. Blmccar : The mother was from Harvey‚ ND and was very young. She was sent to a school in the Fargo‚ ND area for pregnant teens. Our sister would have been born in Fargo North Dakota. The year is kind of a guess.
The mother’s maiden last name is Michelson. The adoption may have taken place in Fargo‚ ND.
375. Nini2E : My adoption was done through an attorney in Honolulu. All I know is my birth father was Hawaiian and my birth mother was Caucasian.
UPDATE:
After speaking with a young lady on this site‚ I was told my birth mother was possibly Philippino/Caucasian.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
