I had a foster mother for a couple of months‚ before going to my adoptive parents (Brenda and David Blackman Noakes). My adoption certificate reads 8 June 1964. My birth mother was 19 years old and her name was Hazel Elaine Thomas (I think she might have now married and her new name is Sellman).
