196. Jared81 : Mom‚ Robyn. Was born June 30th‚ 1955. She was very young..???
Forced to give up baby for adoption. I know very little about any other details.

Her parents would be on any documentation as she was too young. June and Douglas Mitchell.
197. Sajataw54 : I was born at National women’s Hospital‚Auckland‚NZ and basically adopted straight away and l am 1/2 European and 1/2 Rarotongan‚my mother was 16 and was Rarotongan‚that’s all l was told
198. Jared81 : I am the son of my late Mother......whom after Mums passing‚ was informed about older sibling. I was told only she had a daughter. When‚ where‚ who‚ why‚.??? I do not know.
At the time of my "sisters" birth/adoption. It is my understanding‚ that Mum was very young‚ unmarried and unfortunately as this was the "norm"‚..was instructed by her parents and social worker guidance‚ to relinquish all rights as birth mother and in turn her parents were to act as signatory and command accountability for these documents‚ which i am assuming is for a "closed adoption".
All i know is that she fell pregnant around 1968 - 1978 in New Zealand. She was born in Wellington 1955. Possible relocation to Australia during and after pregnancy?
Names relevant to this case would be birth mothers parents.?? Mr Douglas Mitchell and Mrs June Mitchell. (Both have passed) And birth mother Robyn June....
200. Leanne1955 : My mother was born at Bethany Hospital in Auckland in July 1955 and adopted‚ possibly from Whangarei. Unfortunately I don’t have any birth parent or family information at present.
201. RebeccaJenny : We are unsure of the date of birth. We know she was 10 in 1995. Attended Christchurch school. Adopted Fathers name was Phil we believe‚ adoptive mother died around 1992 from cancer.
203. Gregory1967 : Looking for the biological mother and father’s relatives of my grandmother Violet May (Molly) Holiway. Born to Annie Holiway 17th May 1916 at 28 Hansen St Wellington New Zealand. We do not know if the bio-mother’s name is her real name or an alias. She is listed as being aged 22 at the time of the birth and from Auckland.
Through the Ancestry website we think we have identified Violet’s biological father as Richard Thomas Polglase (1874-1929). We have hit a dead-end with Violet’s biological mother however.
Violet was adopted by members of the Salvation Army Church from Christchurch NZ‚ Francis Arthur Huston & Ellis Mary Butterick. We think Violet was adopted at around age 7 but we don’t know for sure.
