The agency was Adopt a Child based in Pittsburgh. The adopted child was born in a maternity ward in Moscow, then was transferred to City Clinical Hospital No. 70. After 18 days she was transferred to Pediatric Hospital No. 13. She went to Baby Home no. 22 in Moscow after 3 months and 18 days. She was there until her adoption at age 21 months.
